- Agency Role and Scope of Service
Sarinity Travel Experience, LLC acts solely as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary (“Suppliers”). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules.
- Booking and Payments
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Supplier.
Final Payment: Failure to remit final payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any deposits paid.
Price Fluctuations: Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and deposited. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
- Cancellations and Changes
Supplier Penalties: Most travel bookings are subject to strict cancellation fees. It is your responsibility to review the specific cancellation policy of each Supplier in your itinerary.
- Travel Documents and Identification
Accuracy: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all names on the booking match their legal government-issued identification (e.g., Passport or Driver’s License).

If you choose to decline travel insurance, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any financial losses associated with your travel.
